Tier One Research Facilities
The Fort Vermilion Research Site spans nearly 500 acres, and is one of the most northerly agricultural research locations in the world. Here, numerous leading edge experiments are conducted, many focused on the adaptation of technologies for this promising northern agricultural area. The Fort Vermilion Research Site is part of the Lacombe Research Centre.
