Rates range from $38 to $155 a night (single occupancy, prices subject to change without notice). These rates are significantly lower than those in Eastern Canada and compare favourably with those in larger Western Canadian cities as well as with northern or smaller cities.

Rental rates (2009) range from $600 to $750 for a one bedroom apartment to $750 to $1335 for a three bedroom apartment. This is comparable to rental rates in other areas of Canada. Renters should be aware that they may be required to pay a damage deposit as well as certain utilities like natural gas and electricity. Renters should also ensure they have tenant’s insurance.
